TOWN OF DICKINSON (WBNG) — Southern Tier Harley Davidson held their annual chili cook-off Saturday with a little help from a special guest. “It’s a fundraiser for the Harley Owners Group’s local chapter here, plus all of the charities that we’ve become involved in over time,” said Kevin Ferris of the Harley Owners Group. Organizers tell 12 News that the event was just one of many that the group holds to help out local charities. Rowdy the Pony of the Binghamton Rumble Ponies was on hand to help judge more than twenty entries for best chili, with proceeds going to a charity that will be selected by the Binghamton chapter of the Harley Owners Club. While you had to register ahead of time to have your chili judged, the tasting was open to the public.
